Managing Multi-Visit Passes

MobManager is proud to announce that we have launched a new feature for merchants to manage multi-visit passes. This can work for companies offer mult-visit passes on daily deals sites or for businesses looking for something more efficient than a punch card.

This solves a problem for personal trainers, yoga studios, kid play places (yes we mean you Little Beans Cafe), dance studios, gyms, or boxing classes to name a few examples.

Our objective when developing this feature was we wanted to be able to track the revenue for the consumer across all 5 visits (assuming a 5 visit pass). Punch cards didn't accomplish this. We also wanted to be able to retarget customers and try to increase incremental spend during each visit.

What we ended up creating was a way for merchants to track purchases for each visit, offer coupons, discounts, or access on future visits. For example, if a customer visits Little Beans and uses pass #1, we would have the customer register their email, and this would trigger a drip marketing campaign. The first drip would send a coupon that says "Show this voucher and get a free pastry with the purchase of any large coffee". The 2nd drop would might offer a free scoop of ice cream with the purchase of any sandwich combo.

What we hope to add in the future is the ability to change the retargeting to be triggered after each "visit" offering a discount, early access, or preferred seating. We also hope to be able to offer the ability for consumers to be able to facilitate the purchase of another pass from mobmanager.com for our merchants.
